Rosebullet Society is our exclusive loyalty and rewards program, created to reward and support our valued wholesale partners. Every purchase you make earns points that can be redeemed for exclusive rewards, benefits, and ongoing support to help grow your business.

To join Rosebullet Society, you'll first need to be an approved stockist. Apply here — once your application is approved, enrol in the program via your account dashboard and start earning points on every order.

All approved wholesale stockists are eligible to enrol once their account has been activated. After logging in and joining the program, you can immediately start earning points and enjoying exclusive member benefits.

You can view your points balance anytime in your account dashboard. Log in, head to your Rosebullet Society rewards panel, and you'll see your current petals, your Rose Grader progress, and how close you are to your next reward.

Each time you place an order, you will earn points. Additional rewards, such as your birthday gift and sign-up bonus, will also earn you bonus points.

Points can take up to 7 days to appear after your order. If it's been longer than 7 days and they still haven't shown up, contact our customer service team at customerservice@rosebullet.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it out quickly.

Benefits include free shipping coupons, discount codes, exclusive marketing imagery, and first access to weekly new arrivals.

As long as you remain an active wholesale partner, your points will continue to accrue. However, once a reward has been claimed, it must be redeemed within the specified validity period, typically within one month.

Go to your Rosebullet Society dashboard, log into your wholesale account, and immediately redeem any available rewards. Codes or access instructions will be sent to you immediately.

All redemptions are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. After this period, the credits or coupons will expire and cannot be reinstated or reissued.

Unless otherwise specified, the majority of rewards cannot be stacked with other offers. Before applying, review the terms of the reward.

In addition to benefits, members of Rosebullet Society receive committed wholesale assistance, such as access to styling manuals, high-resolution photos, and marketing materials to increase each collection's sell-through.

• Rose Grader, is designed to reward our customers. Every order earns points, which grow steadily over time, allowing customers to redeem rewards as they shop consistently.
• Bloom Levels, on the other hand, are designed for our most loyal and high-frequency customers who purchase weekly or very regularly.
  These levels (Silver, Gold, Platinum) unlock exclusive perks, such as extra bonus points, birthday or seasonal gifts, and early access to new collections.

In short, Rose Grader rewards are milestones you unlock as your lifetime points grow. Bloom Levels are annual status tiers based on how much you order each year — you progress through both at the same time.

Bloom Levels are calculated annually from the date of your first purchase and will reset each year on that same anniversary date.

You can check your current Bloom Level anytime by logging into your wholesale account. Your tier and perks will be displayed in your loyalty dashboard.

Yes. All eligible wholesale orders placed through our website or app count towards your annual points tally (excluding shipping and GST).

At the moment, Rosebullet Society points can only be earned and redeemed on purchases made through our online wholesale store.
